Our restaurant is a collective of amazing people striving to build an authentic Peruvian Cuisine Experience.
Be prepared to tap into your cultural senses as the traditional foods of Peru jump start and delight your taste buds. This is not an ordinary food journey. Our chef at Quinoa crosses the river from our sister restaurant, El Tule in Lambertville, NJ, to bring you our second location in Doylestown, PA. Our name Quinoa is a nod to the traditional staple grain food, Quinoa of Peru with a menu that is rooted to the Inca Empire with spices and delicious ceviches. Quinoa offers a fresh burst of savory meats, fresh seafood, and a rainbow of Peruvian & Mexican peppers with a variety of starches and vegetables to complement each pairing.
